As the Lab Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations related to our residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all laboratory operations for residential projects
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct quality control checks on materials and equipment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
