We are seeking a talented Design Manager with extensive experience in the real estate industry, specifically focusing on residential and commercial projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have about 6-7 years of work experience, with a proven track record of working with reputed builder firms.

As the Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of residential and commercial projects in Mumbai. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. 

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and building codes. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as you will be managing a team of designers and collaborating with various departments to bring projects to fruition.

Design and feasiability especially on residential and commercial projects, co-ordination with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders eg : MEP,Structures,Design,Landscape,Interior design,Estimtion,contracts etc 

• Should be aware of the liaisoning related regulations, ability to drive the project from start to the finishing stages 
• Should be aware of BIM / ACAD / photoshop and other softwares used in design 
• good communication skills
