• Manage billing processes for real estate residential projects
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Collaborate with project teams to track project costs and expenses
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Proven experience in billing and financial management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in MS excel, MS project, AutoCAD
