Location: Chennai or Bangalore
Position: Academic Relationship Outreach Intern
Stipend: ?15,000 per month + ?2,500 per month Petrol Allowance
Duration: 2 Months (November & December 2025) with an option for extension and full-time conversion
Experience Required: Students or recent graduates (0 -1 Year)
Working Model: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Dynamic 6-Day Work Week (aligned with the academic calendar)

Your Mission
The Engagement Architect This isnt a traditional field role; its a hands-on learning experience in relationship-building and institutional engagement. You will represent Kalviums vision and build meaningful connections with schools across your assigned city.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, schedule, and visit schools in your assigned geography to reach students in their space. Conduct engaging demos, workshops, and sessions to ignite curiosity among students and faculty. Organize and assist in impactful events such as seminars, parent-connects, and hackathons. Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, coordinators, and management. Collect student interest data, monitor outreach outcomes, and share insights with the academic team.
Ideal Kalvium Ambassador
A natural communicator fluent in English and the local language (Tamil for Chennai / Kannada for Bangalore). Mission-driven and passionate about education, outreach, and student engagement. Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn while working independently on field assignments. Comfortable with regional travel and must own a 2-wheeler & Laptop.
