Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to oversee and manage accounting, book closure and compliances. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the books of accounts, raising invoices, managing statutory compliances, and preparing financial reports for the board. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, maintain financial statements, and handle the accounting cycle.
  

Invoicing & Collections

• Raise invoices for customers and follow up on payments.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and payable (AP) efficiently.
  

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, PT, ESI, GST, and TDS.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and regulatory submissions.
  

Financial Reporting & MIS

• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and other formats as required for board meetings.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and suggest strategic solutions.
  

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Provide insights to improve financial performance and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and analyze financial data.
  

Audit And Internal Control

• Assist in financial audits and implement internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure the integrity of financial records.
  

Qualification: Qualified CA or CA Inter with relevant Financial Experience (2-6 Years).
Skills

• Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Office, Tally, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Experience in managing finance operations, AR/AP and Statutory Compliances.

• Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM-6:30 PM
• CTC: Offered CTC Will depend on your A. Current CTC and B. Interview Performance.
