Job Description

    You will be leading the Salem Centre for Kalvium, overseeing Admissions, Outreach, Counselling, and Operations teams. Your main responsibilities will include driving enrolments, ensuring student satisfaction, and establishing strong community partnerships. Additionally, you will be required to mentor your team to achieve business goals effectively.
    - Drive admissions, revenue, and growth targets for the centre.
    - Lead and mentor teams consisting of ARMs, Counsellors, and Outreach Executives.
    - Establish partnerships with schools, colleges, and stakeholders for student acquisition.
    - Ensure excellent counselling services and maintain high levels of student-parent engagement.
    - Supervise day-to-day operations, compliance, and process efficiency.
    - Collaborate with Marketing, Academic, and Corporate teams to ensure aligned execution.

    - Serve as the primary escalation point for student and parent concerns.
    The ideal candidate should be a Graduate/Postgraduate with at least 4 years of experience in Education Management, Business Development, or Centre Operations. You should have a proven track record of leading teams and achieving business goals. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role, with fluency in English and Tamil preferred. A passion for education and student success is highly valued.
