Role Overview

• Kalvium is seeking a human resources professional who has a Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field, especially in Talent acquisition.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, specifically focused on sales and marketing profiles. If you have experience in recruiting for fast-paced industries like Real Estate, Ed-Tech, BFSI, Fintech, or Banking, we want to hear from you!

• Assist in the recruitment process for Sales and Marketing Positions across various business units.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for various positions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external Recruitment Agencies, Job Boards and Social Media Platforms.
• Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress.
• Assist in maintaining employee records.
• Maintain and update Talent acquisition database and records.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional team
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to ensure the company remains competitive in talent acquisition.

Experience:- 1-3 Years of Relevant Experience.
