What will you be doing as a Kalvium Young Leader
- Develop a deep & direct understanding of Kalviums customers, present & future.
- Create & execute a comprehensive content strategy for different digital platforms
- Learn & implement latest and best practices for key ad-platforms like Google & Meta
- Collaborate & develop content ideas that are informative, educational, and relevant
- Identify and engage with popular influencers, partners, celebrities
- Generate regular reports and insights on social media performance
- Closely listen to & track the voice of our prospective customers on social media to
- Deep big-data analytics to understand business trends to optimise performance
- Build deep product-market-fit through iterating on value-propositions
- Researching, modelling, evaluating, and planning go-to-market strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good Negotiation and interpersonal skills
- An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically
- Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills
- Respond well under pressure, while multi-tasking on projects on strict timelines
- Comfortable with travel to the locations where the partner universities are based
