Role Overview

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analysing, and presenting data to support decision-making and operational efficiency. This role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintaining data accuracy, and providing insights to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• 1.Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.
• 2.Collect, validate, and organize data from various sources (sales, operations, finance, HR, etc.).
• 3.Analyse trends, variances, and key performance indicators to support management decisions.
• 4.Automate recurring reports and improve reporting accuracy through Excel formulas, macros, and dashboards.
• 5.Coordinate with different departments to ensure data completeness and consistency.
• 6.Maintain databases and ensure timely updates of records.
• 7.Generate ad-hoc reports and data analysis on management requests.
• 8.Present data insights and summaries in PowerPoint or Tableau / Power BI formats.
• 9.Ensure confidentiality and integrity of business data.
• 10.Support process improvement initiatives through data-backed recommendations.

Key Skills Required

• 1.Strong command over MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas, Charts, Dashboards).
• 2.Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (preferred).
• 3.Good understanding of database management and reporting tools.
• 4.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• 5.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• 6.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
