Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for business units.
• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop detailed MIS reports, dashboards, and financial models.
• Evaluate cost structures, pricing strategies, and ROI for business projects.
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain) to ensure financial efficiency.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure financial control, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
• Identify business risks, improvement areas, and cost optimization opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years

  Get Hired
  of experience as a Business or Financial Analyst (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or agrochemical sector).
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and MIS reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
