- Ensures global accounting standards compliance, manages delivery of records to external auditors, and advises on regulatory changes.
- Drives process improvements and control enhancements, monitors business risk, and safeguards against fraud or inefficiency.
- Supports financial planning, prepares internal/external accounting reports, and participates in senior leadership committees and special projects.
- Requires minimum 10 years of accounting experience (6+ in financial services preferred), a relevant degree, strong regulatory/compliance knowledge, and excellent leadership/communication skills; CPA preferred.
- Based in Hyderabad, Telangana; open to qualified external applicants.
