Head - Fund Services Technology & Platform Transformation

Head of Fund Services Technology & Platform Transformation (Director / Managing Director level)

1. Own the end to end technology and operating model for Fund Services (trade capture, NAV, investor servicing, reconciliations, performance & attribution, reporting), partnering closely with global Operations, Product, COO and CIO teams to define and execute the multi year platform strategy for the GCC.

2. Lead large scale platform and process transformation programs (cloud migration, legacy system modernization, data platform build out, workflow digitization, STP uplift), with clear targets on TCO reduction, operational risk reduction, cycle time improvement and scalability for new funds/strategies.
3. Provide hands on techno operational leadership - combine deep understanding of fund administration / investment operations with strong architecture and engineering oversight across vendor platforms, in house builds, integrations, and data flows (front to back / front to finance).
4. Build, scale and mentor a high performing Fund Services Technology organization in Hyderabad GCC, including engineering, business analysis, platform management and production support, instilling best practices in SDLC, DevOps/SRE, testing automation, and controlled change management.
5. Establish a robust target state architecture and roadmap for Fund Services (incl. data models, APIs, integration patterns, workflow and exception management), drive design decisions, and govern adherence to enterprise architecture, information security and regulatory requirements.
6. Act as the primary technology executive and transformation sponsor for Fund Services with senior stakeholders (Global Head of Operations, COO, CIO, CFO, Risk & Compliance), ensuring transparent communication, strong governance, and timely delivery of critical book of work and change portfolios.
7. Drive data, analytics and reporting enablement across Fund Services (data quality, golden sources, dashboards, KPIs, exception analytics), enabling better client reporting, operational insights, regulatory reporting and executive decision making.
8. Own vendor and ecosystem strategy for Fund Services platforms (administrators, accounting engines, transfer agency/registrar systems, reconciliation tools, workflow engines), including evaluation, selection, commercial negotiation, SLAs, and ongoing performance and risk management.
