JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai [Andheri & near about]
Experience Required: 4-8 years in deep tech, new product/startup sales or pre-sales

Core Responsibilities:
1. The role is fundamentally outbound sales-driven with emphasis on early-stage pipeline development and enterprise account penetration:
2. Prospecting & Qualification: Strategic research, outreach (email, calling, networking), and appointment-setting with decision-makers at Global 2000 companies
3. Activity Metrics: Meet daily/weekly KPI targets and deliver high-volume, quality-qualified sales opportunities
4. Pipeline Management: Exceed opportunity quotas and maintain optimal sales pipeline
5. Value Articulation: Clearly communicate techno-legal value proposition across multiple industries; overcome objections
6. Technical Understanding: Learn and demonstrate understanding of privacy engineering & responsible AI technology stack


7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales engineering and sales enablement teams on strategic approaches
8. Lead Generation Support: Participate in content marketing, events, trade shows, and customer acquisition initiatives
9. CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate account, contact, and activity data in CRM systems
Required Skills & Competencies:

Education & Background:
- Bachelor's degree (or relevant experience equivalent) in Technology and a Masters in Business/Sales would be an added advantage
- Preferred: Outbound sales experience in sales, support, or customer service roles
- Ideal: Deep tech or startup sales/pre-sales background
