HR Executive

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
• Assist in performance management processes and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and support strategic HR initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or similar role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
