We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Club Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and build a strong fitness community.

Role Description

• • Oversee daily club operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility
• • Drive membership sales and revenue growth
• • Manage and motivate sales and training teams to achieve monthly targets
• • Maintain high member satisfaction and retention
• • Ensure excellent customer service and premium gym experience
• • Monitor club performance metrics, reporting, and collections
• • Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews
• • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards across the club

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field (preferred)
• 3-5years experience in gym/fitness club management or sales leadership
• Strong sales and team management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience handling membership sales, targets, and customer engagement
• Passion for fitness and wellness industry
