Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant, located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential clients, approaching and engaging with them, and promoting our fitness programs and memberships. They will also be tasked with maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, offering exceptional customer service, and providing informed consulting to help clients make the best fitness choices.
Qualifications
- Skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting
- Proficient in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai
- Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
