Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Senior HR Manager to build and scale HR systems across our growing engineering, BIM, and construction technology operations in Chennai and Trichy. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role owns the full HR value chain — workforce planning, leadership and mass hiring, payroll governance, performance management, and employee engagement — while acting as a key operational partner to the business. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with the willingness to be deeply hands-on in day-to-day HR operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Comfortable managing HR independently across two locations (Chennai and Trichy).
