We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) initiatives in the hardware sector. This role will be responsible for driving innovation from concept to market launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete NPD lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
• Develop innovation strategies aligned with business goals and evolving market demands.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, design, engineering, marketing, and sales to define product specifications.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation to ensure product viability, quality, and compliance.
• Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and timely product delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and production teams to enhance sourcing and manufacturing efficiency.
• Ensure products meet regulatory, certification, and quality standards.
• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer insights to guide product enhancements.
• Present project updates, risk assessments, and KPIs to senior leadership.
