Role Description

The Beauty Advisor role at Kimirica is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Beauty Advisor will engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable skincare and self-care products, and demonstrate product usage to create an immersive brand experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, ensuring stock levels, and supporting retail sales targets through informed and ethical product recommendations. The role involves educating customers on product ingredients, benefits, and application techniques, while providing consistently high standards of customer service. The Beauty Advisor will also collaborate with the store team to support promotional activities and uphold Kimiricas brand values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in cosmetology and basic understanding of beauty and wellness principles.
• Demonstrated product knowledge, particularly in skincare, bath and body, and fragrance categories.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized consultations.
• Experience in retail sales, including upselling, cross-selling, and meeting store sales targets.
• Interest and knowledge in skin care, including different skin types and suitable product recommendations.
• Effective communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work on-site in a retail environment, including weekends and peak business hours.
• Previous experience in beauty, skincare, or luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory.
