Role Description

The Beauty Consultant – Luxury Store will provide personalized product recommendations, skin and self-care consultations, and elevated customer experiences that reflect Kimiricas luxury positioning. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves greeting and engaging guests, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the brands product range to create tailored self-care routines. The consultant will demonstrate products, maintain impeccable visual merchandising and hygiene standards, and support daily store operations including inventory checks, point-of-sale activities, and stock replenishment. The role also includes achieving retail sales targets, building lasting customer relationships, handling feedback professionally, and actively participating in brand trainings and promotions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to offer informed, safe, and personalized beauty and wellness guidance.
• Candidates should possess strong product knowledge, including understanding ingredients, benefits, usage, and suitability for different customer needs.
• Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality, empathy, and creating a luxury in-store experience.
• Candidates should possess retail sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and meeting or exceeding store targets.
• Relevant qualifications such as a certification or diploma in cosmetology, beauty, or skincare are beneficial.
• Prior experience in luxury retail, beauty, or wellness environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, professional grooming, and the ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, are important.
• Adaptability to fast-paced store operations, comfort with POS systems, and a customer-centric mindset will be advantageous.
