Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships within the hospitality sector. The role involves handling key hotel accounts, driving revenue growth, and expanding business opportunities across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture relationships with key hotel clients (Luxury, 5-star, and premium properties)
* Drive sales growth and revenue generation through existing and new accounts
* Identify and onboard new hotel clients across assigned territories
* Ensure client satisfaction, timely order execution, and repeat business
* Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
* Work closely with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery
* Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
* Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
Key Requirements
* 2–6 years of experience in Key Account Management / Sales (preferably in hospitality, FMCG, or HoReCa segment)
* Strong network or experience working with hotels / hospitality industry
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to drive targets and work in a fast-paced environment
* Presentable personality with strong client-facing abilities

* Willingness to travel as per business requirements
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in hotel amenities, personal care, or luxury product sales will be an added advantage
