Role Description The Retail Senior Beauty Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their skincare and self-care needs, and providing personalized product consultations that align with Kimiricas brand standards. The consultant will demonstrate products, explain ingredients and benefits, offer beauty and skincare guidance, and support customers in building tailored routines. Daily responsibilities include driving retail sales, maintaining visual merchandising and product displays, managing stock levels on the sales floor, and ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting store environment. The role also includes handling customer queries, processing transactions, supporting in-store promotions, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales and service targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge in cosmetology and practical understanding of skin care.
• Candidates should possess in-depth product knowledge, especially across skincare, bath & body, and fragrance categories.
• Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess proven retail sales skills, including consultative selling and upselling.
• Candidates should possess clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical product information in simple terms.
• Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or luxury retail is highly beneficial.
• Basic proficiency in POS operations, inventory handling, and adherence to store processes is preferred.
• A customer-centric attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to work retail hours (weekends and holidays as needed) are required.
