Job Description
- We are looking for a performance-driven Hospitality Sales Manager to expand the presence of King Koil premium mattresses across star hotels and resort properties in Kerala.
- The candidate must have strong exposure to institutional and project-based sales within the hospitality industry.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business with 3-star to 5-star hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups.
- Meet General Managers, Purchase Managers, and Project Heads.
- Generate new enquiries and convert projects into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate product trials and technical presentations.
- Handle rate negotiations and close large-volume orders.
- Maintain long-term relationships with hotel chains
- Track competitor activity in the hospitality mattress segment.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Candidate Profile:
- 48 years of experience in Hospitality / Institutional / Project Sales.
- Background in mattress, furniture, hotel supplies, flooring, sanitaryware, or related segments
- Strong contacts in Kerala hospitality industry preferred.
- Fluent in Malayalam and English.
- Willing to travel across Kerala.
