A leading multi-national brand is hiring a Key Account Manager to lead and scale its B2B wholesale business across the MEAI region. You will own the commercial strategy and execution for tier-1 retail partners, managing a high-volume regional portfolio and driving multi-year growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Strategy: Lead seasonal budgeting, P&L management, and long-range planning across regional markets.

• Account Execution: Serve as the hands-on commercial lead for key regional accounts, overseeing seasonal assortment planning, range building, and delivery.
• Buyer Relationships: Build high-level relationships with regional retail partners to secure premium product placement and space allocation.
• Sell-Ins & Assortment: Host seasonal sell-in events, present global product lines, and secure exclusive allocations.
• Margin & Operations: Maintain strict gross margin targets, control markdowns, and ensure full order book fulfillment across supply chains.

• Experience: 6+ years in B2B wholesale within footwear, apparel, or consumer goods.
• Track Record: Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-million commercial portfolios.
• Regional Network: Strong existing relationships with senior retail buyers across the GCC, North Africa, and surrounding markets.
• Skills: Expert in retail math, margin optimization, OTB management, and financial modeling (Excel/ERP).
• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
