Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Valuation Manager located in Pitampura, New Delhi. The Valuation Manager will be responsible for conducting valuations of business entities, financial securities, and intangible assets. The role involves developing and reviewing financial models, conducting industry research, analyzing financial statements, preparing valuation reports, and supporting clients with valuation-related inquiries and litigation support. The Valuation Manager will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience of 2 years in Valuations (Article ship included)
• Skills in Financial Modeling and Financial Analysis
• Experience with Industry Research and preparing Valuation Reports
