Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Associate position located in Jalandhar. The chosen candidate will oversee business development activities, manage finance-related tasks, cultivate and maintain client relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include analyzing business metrics and market trends, strategizing growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless operational execution to meet organizational goals.

• Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and solve business challenges
• Knowledge of Finance and Business principles; experience in business development and financial management preferred
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
• Customer Service expertise, ensuring a seamless and satisfying client experience
• Proven organization and time management skills, with high attention to detail
• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field; prior experience in the jewelry or retail industry is a plus
• Eagerness to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a dynamic, on-site business environment
