We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, specializing in Healthy Cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing balanced, nutritious, and health-conscious meals with an emphasis on fresh, wholesome ingredients. You will play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards while promoting wellness through food.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook burgers, sandwiches, sauces, and side items according to brand recipes and standards.
• Manage the burger section independently during operations.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation in line with food safety standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in healthy cooking techniques and portion control.
• Monitor food waste and contribute to sustainable kitchen practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in burger or fast-food concepts.
• Previous experience as CDP or Demi Chef in a similar role preferred.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of grilling, frying, burger assembly, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and food safety.

• Interview Process: If shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring/ operations managers and may need to attend one more round, which could include a trial at our kitchen or dine-in location.
• Offer Discussion: Upon successful completion of the interview & trial rounds, our recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer, post which, an offer letter will be released via email.
