ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join Lavender Bakery & Desserts and take ownership of our paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing performance campaigns and should be comfortable handling monthly advertising budgets of ₹1 lakh or more.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and optimizing campaigns with a strong focus on generating measurable business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets of ₹1 lakh+ per month.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions and other key metrics.
• Develop and implement audience targeting, retargeting and remarketing strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies and campaign strategies.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing team to develop performance-driven ad creatives and campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Analyse customer behaviour and campaign data to improve targeting and conversions.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure optimum utilization of ad spend.
• Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms, trends and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising.
• Proven experience managing ₹1 lakh+ monthly advertising budgets.
• Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting and conversion optimization.
• Good knowledge of performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CPC, CTR and conversion rate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently monitor campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in the D2C, FMCG, Food, Bakery, Restaurant, Retail or similar consumer-facing industry will be an added advantage.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is hands-on with campaign execution and optimization, not just someone with theoretical knowledge of digital marketing.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate their experience with actual campaigns, budgets handled, performance metrics and results achieved.

SALARY

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and previous campaign performance.
