Senior Associate, Patient Analytics & PSS INDIA

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret patient-level claims data to uncover actionable insights for pharma clients
• Support the development of patient journey analysis, market landscape, treatment overview, adherence studies, and other patient-centric analytics solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks
• Ensure quality control and accuracy in data handling and reporting
• Provide mentorship to junior team members on analytics techniques and best practices
• Contribute to team management and foster collaboration across projects
• Handle client communication effectively, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science)
• 3+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a focus on patient analytics, claims data and Patient Support Services
• Hands-on experience with HUB data, SP data, 852, and 867 datasets is a must
• Strong understanding of pharma data sets and industry-specific data structures
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills are required; Python is good to have
• Team management or mentoring experience is required
• Client communication handling is a must, with proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively
• Should be having hands-on experience with end to end Patient Analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to clients
• Good to Have: Familiarity with Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows
