Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QMS / CMMI Consultant to support and drive organizational process excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), CMMI Level 3–5 implementation, audit compliance, and process governance within IT services environments.
The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure process adherence, support appraisal activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive and support QMS and process improvement initiatives across the organization
• Participate in CMMI Level 3–5 implementation and compliance activities
• Manage process documentation, governance, and quality audits
• Support internal and external appraisal cycles and compliance reviews
• Ensure adherence to defined quality standards and organizational processes
• Coordinate with stakeholders across teams for process implementation and monitoring
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvement initiatives
• Prepare reports, metrics, and quality-related documentation
  

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience in QMS activities
• Experience in CMMI Level 3–5 implementation
• Involvement in 1–2 appraisal cycles
• Strong knowledge of audit, compliance, governance, and process documentation
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
