The Role

We are looking for a high-caliber Full Stack Developer with strong technical depth in building scalable, reliable, and enterprise-grade systems. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise across backend and frontend engineering, strong ownership mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive product delivery with quality, accountability, and teamwork.

• Education: B.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Work Focus Key Responsibilities : Enterprise product development, scalable systems, cloud-native engineering, and end-to-end delivery ownership

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise applications across backend and frontend layers.
• Build robust services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js, while contributing to modern frontend development using Angular.js and/or TypeScript.
• Own features end to end - from requirement understanding and technical design to development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and peer engineers to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Drive engineering excellence through clean code, code reviews, performance optimization, observability, and strong SDLC practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and ensure reliable deployment practices across environments.
• Take full accountability for timelines, quality, risk management, and production readiness of assigned modules or features.
• Support technical problem-solving for complex enterprise use cases and contribute to system scalability, availability, and maintainability.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and Express.js for backend service development.
• Good frontend development experience with Angular.js and/or TypeScript.
• Proven experience in designing and building scalable, reliable enterprise systems.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, system integration patterns, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build automation, deployment processes, and engineering best practices.
• Comfortable working in product engineering environments with high ownership and delivery expectations.

• A dependable team player who collaborates well across functions and contributes positively to team culture.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Ability to work with urgency, clarity, and accountability in a fast-paced product organization.

Good to Have

• Awareness of modern AI-assisted development practices, including vibe coding / AI-enabled engineering workflows.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture, cloud-native design patterns, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
• Prior experience leading technical discussions, guiding developers, or driving module-level execution.

Selection Priorities for HR Screening

• 5-7 years of relevant full stack development experience in a product-based company. Strong practical experience in Node.js, Express.js, Angular.js and/or TypeScript. Demonstrated experience in enterprise-scale product development.
• Cloud exposure in AWS and Azure, along with CI/CD pipeline familiarity.
• Clear ownership mindset, communication ability, and team collaboration skills.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
