This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Varanasi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role also involves sales planning, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the internal team for seamless project implementation and follow-up with existing clients will also be key to the position.

• Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, specifically solar energy systems, is an advantage
• Proficiency in marketing strategies, lead generation, and business development
• Problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a professional team environment
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
• Previous experience in the sales field is preferred but not mandatory
