Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage agency channel sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Recruit new agents into the agency network, ensuring they meet company requirements and have a clear understanding of our products and services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., underwriting, claims) to resolve issues related to policy issuance or customer complaints.
