We are hiring a senior Zonal HR Business Partner to drive people strategy and HR execution across the assigned zone. The role partners closely with Zonal and Regional business leaders and leads a team of Regional HR Managers, ensuring consistent HR delivery, strong employee engagement, and effective talent outcomes across multiple locations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with Zonal and Regional leadership as a strategic HR advisor
  
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Regional HR Managers
  
• Drive workforce planning aligned to business growth and productivity goals
  
• Oversee performance management (PMS) cycles and leadership reviews
  
• Provide guidance on employee relations (ER) and complex people matters
  
• Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives
  
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and processes across the zone
  
• Partner with HR CoEs (TA, L&D, C&B) for seamless HR delivery
  
• Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and productivity
  
• Support organization development and change management initiatives

• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
