About the Role

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Acquisition Manager - GRA Sales to drive customer acquisition and business growth within the Government Relationship Accounts segment.

• Key Responsibilities
• . Acquire Government Relationship Accounts and salary account relationships.
• . Drive CASA acquisition and portfolio growth.
• . Build relationships with government departments, PSUs, educational institutions and other government-linked organizations.
• . Cross-sell banking products and services.
• . Achieve assigned sales and acquisition targets.
• . Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Eligibility
• . Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• . 0-1 year experience in Sales, Banking or Financial Services.
• . Strong communication and relationship management skills.
