Department: Corporate Employee Solutions (CES)
Reporting To:Group Sales Manager - CES
Experience: 0 to 1 Year
Role Purpose:Responsible for acquiring salary accounts through corporate relationships, driving customer acquisition and cross-selling banking products.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire Salary Accounts through corporate tie-ups
- Generate leads from assigned corporates
- Conduct employee engagement and account opening camps
- Cross-sell Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance and Investment Products
- Maintain relationships with HR and corporate stakeholders
- Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets
- Ensure KYC and compliance adherence
