Job Description

  • Identify and acquire new business banking customers through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Source Current Accounts, Trade Finance, Business Loans, Working Capital products, and other banking solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with SME/MSME customers.
  • Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Conduct customer meetings and understand business requirements to offer suitable banking solutions.
  • Ensure KYC and compliance norms are adhered to during customer onboarding.
  • Cross-sell banking products such as Insurance, Forex, Cash Management Services, and Digital Banking solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and portfolio quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
