Job Description

  • Identify and acquire new affluent and high-net-worth household customers through referrals, leads, market mapping, and field activities.
  • Source and grow relationships for Savings Accounts, Term Deposits, Wealth Products, Insurance, and Investment Solutions.
  • Generate business through proactive customer engagement and outbound sales activities.
  • Understand customer financial needs and provide customized banking and wealth solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships to increase wallet share.
  • Achieve monthly sales, acquisition, and revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines during customer onboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal product and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Cross-sell banking products including loans, credit cards, insurance, mutual funds, and digital banking solutions.
