Grade – Deputy Manager/Manager
- To Plan and implement strategy to achieve business numbers and profitability.
- Managing Collaborates to tie up with Dealers, DSAs and direct business models.
- To develop and Drive the business by ensuring healthy portfolio and achieve heathy IRR. In addition, ensuring dealer and brokers are on boarded as per budget.
- Develop New and pre-owned car loans business cross branches and location.
- Portfolio Management
- Engage in managing the team, provide training & knowledge about the new product and policy of the organization.
- Manage, Allocate, assess business and leads from Channels/Dealers to Team leader, sales officers and coordinators tagged under there geographic territory.
- Maintaining relationship with Channels / Dealers and pre- asses in principle decision to fund the customer.
- Keeping an eye on the Nonstarter, PDD and creating new counters that can be a better business prospect in the future
