Team Manager - Dealing

Location- Bangalore (MG Road)

:

• Responsible to manage team of Bank channel dealers & generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their equity portfolio for long term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short / medium term
• Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and also focus on generating new business
• To ensure team achieves the assigned target on the web bases revenues as well as on the activation of the clients
• Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required

Other Details:

• Minimum 8 years of experience with 3 years of dealing team handling
• Strong knowledge of Equity Markets & Trading Strategies
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of achieving revenue & brokerage targets
• Experience in managing AUM growth and client activation metrics
