Sales Manager - PL
Grade - M4 JD
- Sales & P&L Driving: Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual personal loan sales targets, revenue goals, and product profitability.
- Channel & DSA Management: Build, expand, and activate Direct Selling Agent (DSA) networks and external sourcing channels.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales executives and managers, tracking KPIs and driving field productivity.
