• KPMG India's Talent is hiring seasoned professionals to manage sourcing for technology hiring across key government domains.
• Exp : 6-12 years
• Location: Delhi/Gurugram

Role: Talent Sourcer (Third Party Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of open technical positions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit for the role.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting and sourcing.

Education Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Tech Sourcer or in a similar technical recruiting role.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for them.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other professional networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
