Job Title: Tele Caller/ Lead Outreach Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find new potential customers using online platforms and other methods (like calls, emails, or networking).
  • Research these people or companies to understand how to approach them better.
  • Check if these leads are actually interested and suitable.
  • Contact them through cold calls, emails, or messages to start conversations.
  • Keep track of all leads and follow up regularly.
  • Use CRM tools (software) to organize and manage all customer information.
  • Build good relationships with possible corporate clients.
  • Send emails and follow-ups to convert interest into meetings.
  • Support the business team with useful lead information and insights.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or someone with 1–2 years of experience.
  • Good communication skills (speaking and writing clearly).
  • Ability to convince and build trust with people.
  • Can work independently and also in a team.

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or email outreach is a plus.
  • Comfortable using email tools, CRM software, and social media.
