Finance Accountant (From Textile/Toys/Manufacturing)

Location: Greater Noida

Experience: Minimum 4 years in Toys, Textile, or Manufacturing Industry

Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all accounting operations including accounts receivable, cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including preparation and filing of returns.
• Conduct statutory audit activities and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Prepare financial statements and reports, providing insights into financial performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to accounting processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.

• Education:
• B.Com / M.Com – Mandatory
• MBA – Desirable
• Experience:
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance within the Toys, Textile, or Manufacturing industry.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of accounting processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic reporting.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting closure activities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• This position requires a proactive approach and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
