  • *TRANSFORMER DESIGN EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY*
  • Department : Engineering -Electrical Design
  • Industry : Manufacturing -Transformers
  • Job Location : Kherdi,Silvassa , Vadodara,Mumbai,Bhopa
  • l
  • Design Scope:
  • HV/LV winding designs up to 10 to 20 MVA/33 kV
  • Inverter duty transformers:
  • * Must design for non-sinusoidal loads, harmonic mitigation, thermal stress
  • Hermetically sealed units:
  • * No conservatorrequires accurate oil expansion and pressure compensation analysis
  • * Short circuit calculation
  • * Costing, Core & Winding diagrams, GTPs, vector group layouts, tap changer connections, Radiator & Tank Calculations
  • Type Test Experience:
  • Should have hands-on experience coordinating or witnessing type tests:
  • * Lightning impulse, temperature rise, short circuit withstand, etc.
  • Familiarity with NABL-accredited labs (e.g., CPRI, ERDA)
  • Software:
  • AutoCAD Electrical, Excel-based design tools
  • CTC : Open for discussion
  • Candidates preferred who have done designs for distribution transformer,10 MVA -33 KV and Inverter Duty Transformer (IDT)
  • CTC : Open for discussion
