We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team. Where you will be responsible for handling recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations to maintain a smooth and productive work environment. The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing a variety of human resource programs and services. This includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Executive acts as a bridge between management and employees, helping to foster a positive working environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintain HR documents and employee records
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with departments
• Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents
• Assist in payroll and performance evaluation tasks
• Handle attendance, leave management, and timesheet data

Requirements

Education

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or PG in HR is preferred

Experience

0-2 years of Experience in HR role
