Role 1
Replacement to Current manager Role : Assistant / Deputy Manager : Customer-facing grievances, direct resolution, team coaching.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in grievance handling/customer service
- Ability to manage frontline staff
- Knowledge of Motor Insurance will be added advantage
- (Compliance & Process Focus)
- Analytical mindset
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and grievance redressal norms
- Skilled in reporting, audits, and process improvement
- Ability to present to senior management
