Educational Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelors Degree or professional qualification in the insurance domain
• Preferred: Degree in Compliance, Corporate Law, or Governance
• Bonus: LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification

• Proven experience in regulatory compliance for Health & Motor Insurance
• Strong analytical and resolution skills
• Skilled in handling IRDAI queries and internal cross-functional coordination
• Familiar with AI-based compliance platforms
• Multilingual: English, Hindi, plus one regional language

• File periodic compliance returns with IRDAI & GIC
• Validate Health/Motor-related data from departments before submission
• Maintain audit-ready records, ensure reporting consistency
• Monitor and implement IRDAI circulars relevant to Health/Motor sectors
• Support audits, Board presentations, and uphold corporate governance

• Minimum 5+ years in Insurance Industry
• Preferred domain expertise: Health and Motor Compliance
