Position Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the firms finance function, ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, profitability, and strategic financial planning across all jurisdictions. The CFO will oversee budgeting, accounting, taxation, treasury, audits, financial reporting, risk management, and cross-border financial operations while supporting the firms international growth.

Key Responsibilities

• * Develop and execute the firms global financial strategy.
• * Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for all domestic and international offices.
• * Manage accounting, payroll, banking, treasury, and cash flow operations.
• * Ensure compliance with Indian and international tax and financial regulations.
• * Supervise statutory audits, internal audits, and financial reporting.
• * Monitor profitability, operational costs, and financial performance across all offices.
• * Manage banking relationships, investments, and foreign exchange transactions.
• * Establish and strengthen financial controls and risk management frameworks.
• * Prepare financial reports for the Founder, CEO, and senior management.
• * Lead and manage the finance and accounts teams across multiple locations.
• * Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
• * Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, and international expansion initiatives.
• * Implement ERP systems and financial technology solutions to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• * Chartered Accountant (CA) (Mandatory).
• * MBA (Finance), CPA, ACCA, or CMA will be an added advantage.
• * 6–10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, auditing, corporate finance, or financial management.
• * Experience in a multinational organization, professional services firm, consulting firm, or law firm will be preferred.
