Project Execution & Dispatch Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of solar project execution, from order confirmation to final installation and handover.
• Plan and coordinate material dispatch, transportation, and timely delivery to project sites.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, vendors, and installation teams to ensure material availability.
• Prepare project schedules, dispatch plans, and daily progress trackers.
• Monitor installation progress and ensure projects are completed within committed timelines.
• Maintain project-wise MIS, Excel trackers, dashboards, dispatch records, and progress reports.
• Follow up on pending materials, delivery delays, and site-level execution issues.
• Ensure proper dispatch documentation, delivery challans, invoices, and project completion reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to resolve execution challenges and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure timely project completion, documentation, and customer handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project execution, dispatch, logistics, or site coordination.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and project tracking.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, dispatch schedules, and deadlines.
